Please find attached the permit that was recently submitted for modification to include the rough graded reservoir/detention basin areas, please see the attached map shows the areas being added
As for the reservoir, we are targeting a “begin construction” date late 2025/early 2026 and an operational date of June 2027, so we are not expecting that rough grading to sit for too long.

I guess my question is, in reality, the rough graded site looks like a stockpile and in a sense, it is “worse” than a stockpile because it is permanent while a stockpile is transitory. The concern is air quality. You still need to obtain a Clark County Dust Mitigation Permit.
Also, please give me the time table for the rough graded duration, ie, when will the full reservoir development come in?

We resubmitted the corrected TDS listed above, yesterday afternoon.
We removed the “Stockpile” verbiage from our plans and the report and replaced it with “Rough Grading”.
Please let me know if you will be able to review the corrected report or if you need anything else from us for this TDS,

Good afternoon Albert,
We have recently received the attached TDS comments for the above listed project, and I wanted to notify you that we had made a mistake by calling this rough grading a stockpile.
We are not stockpiling the dirt, we are rough grading a LVVWD Reservoir Site. The dirt will remain there as it will be the ground that the reservoir will be built on.
This was an oversight on our end, we had labeled a couple plan sheets as “Stockpile Grading/Plan and Profile” on the border and we used “Stockpile” in the TDS.
These should all say “Reservoir Site Rough Grading” because that is what it is. We are going to fix this in our plans and TDS and resubmit this ASAP.
With those being corrected, are there any other comments for this TDS other than “Include a copy of the approved Clark County Dust Mitigation Plan”?
